Data covered by this consent
My name, email, preferred contact method, Telegram username if provided, subject, optional description and personal data contained in optional attachments. The submission time and consent version are recorded with the request.
Purpose and operations
Processing the request, sending a confirmation and contacting me to discuss the proposed work. This includes collection, recording, organisation, storage in email, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer through the email provider, restriction and deletion, with and without automated tools. No marketing subscription or public disclosure is included.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the request has been resolved, for no more than 12 months after the last communication, unless another lawful basis requires retention. I can withdraw consent by emailing admin@somnambul1st.ru with the subject “Withdraw consent”. Processing will stop and data will be deleted within the applicable statutory period, normally within 30 days, unless retention is required on another lawful basis.
