1. Scope and purpose

This policy applies to the personal landing page and its contact form at somnambul1st.ru. Data is used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, deliver service emails and prevent spam. The linked Velobeat service and Telegram bots have separate processes and are outside the scope of this form policy.

2. Information processed

Required: name, email, subject and contact preference. If Telegram is selected, a username is required. Description and up to three attachments are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal data, identity documents or third-party data without a lawful basis. The server also uses the network address for rate limiting; a hash is held temporarily in memory.

3. Legal basis

Contact form data is processed on the basis of the separate consent provided when the form is submitted. You may uncheck the consent box and choose not to submit the form. 4. Delivery, storage and access

Requests and attachments are delivered through the site’s SMTP provider to the controller’s mailbox. A confirmation is sent to your email address. Files are processed in server memory and are not published or saved in a public uploads folder. The request, including attachments, remains in the controller’s mailbox and is accessible to the controller and the infrastructure providers necessary for delivery and storage.

5. Spam protection and preferences

The form uses hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. Its widget may collect network and device information and use cookies for verification. Loading the form may involve transfer of technical data to that foreign provider. The chosen colour theme is stored locally in your browser. 6. Retention and your rights

Enquiry data is retained until the request is resolved, for no more than 12 months after the last communication, unless there is another lawful reason to retain it. You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent at admin@somnambul1st.ru. Requests are handled within the periods required by applicable law. You may also contact the competent personal data authority.

7. Protection and updates

The site validates form fields and file sizes, verifies captcha on the server and limits submission frequency. The controller restricts mailbox access. This policy may be updated; the revision date is shown at the top of the page.
